Your Exhibit Space
- The booth is approximately 8 ft by 6 ft.
- We won’t be providing pipe and drape. However, you can use the wall space behind your booth space to hang banners or posters, so long as the hanging method is displayed safely. The hanging method can leave no damage to the walls of the exhibit space.
- Included in your booth space are one table, two chairs, and the inclusion of power (standard electricity) and internet.
- The room will be securely locked after setup and after the close of the conference.
- Two exhibitors per booth will be allowed, and we will include meals and breaks in their rooms, but they can drop into sessions; however, we do expect them to be in the room during breaks/meals.
Mandatory Set Up:
Mandatory exhibitor set-up time between 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on October 7, the evening before the STC Conference.
Exhibit Space During the Conference:
Please have your exhibit space and staff ready by 7:45 a.m. on October 8. You can begin taking down your exhibit space after the afternoon break is over at 3:30 p.m on October 9.
Shipping to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel West Edmonton:
You need to label your boxes with the following:
- Your company name
- Name of their representative at the hotel / Stronger Together Conference, October 2025
- C/O Karen Rokosh
- Boxes to be numbered, i.e. 1 of 4, 2of 4, etc.
- Mail to DoubleTree by Hilton West Edmonton
- 16615 – 109 Ave, Edmonton AB T5P 4K8
Shipments can be accepted as early as October 1.
