By checking this box, you grant permission to the Conference Organizers to use your name, biography, headshot, and presentation materials for promotional purposes related to the conference.

Cancellation: should the conference be cancelled for any circumstances, you will be reimbursed for any expenses you have paid, as outlined in this agreement, and approved by the organizing committee. Receipts will be required for reimbursement.
