We are now receiving submissions for speakers at the 2026 Stronger Together Library Conference, to be held October 20-21 in Edmonton.
The deadline for submissions is 4:00 p.m. MDT on March 31, 2026
Sessions will be 60 minutes in length. Speakers can use a range of session formats, including presentations, workshops, interactive games and more. We encourage you to find interesting ways to engage the audience.
The organizing committee has identified the following general topic areas for this year’s conference:

Each submission will be reviewed for its ability to:
- Provide new information or insightful ideas
- Provoke thoughts and dialogue
- Be relevant in all library sectors
- Offer exciting and interactive engagement opportunities
- Appeal to the key audiences attending, including public, school, academic and special libraries’ staff and trustees
Each Submission Must Include:
- Speaker Name(s)
- Speaker Title(s)
- Organization
- Email Address
- Session Title
- Daytime Phone
- Who Should Attend Your Session?
- Brief Description of Session (max 250 words)
- A Description of Learning Outcomes
- An interactive element if possible (e.g. Slido poll, workshop, table discussions, etc.)
- Your Headshot Attached
- Your AV Requirements (Lapel or podium microphone, projector/screen, other)
